Temeculamotorsports.com accepts orders from all around the world. Depending on the ship to address on your order, product restrictions, shipping rates and fees will vary. You will be contacted by email and provided a shipping quote after your order is received.
Please remember your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped to. These charges/fees are at all times the recipient's liability.
The following items can not be shipped via the United States Postal Service: Paint, Oils/Lubricants, Battery acid, and other products that exceed the maximum weight and girth of the specific country the product(s) is/are being sent to.
For products sent internationally, please take note that any manufacturer warranty may not be applicable; manufacturer repair options may not be accessible; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in your country's language; the merchandise may not be made in agreement with your country's standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the merchandise may not obey the guidelines to your country's voltage and other electrical standards. You are accountable for declaring that the merchandise can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from Temeculamotorsports.com, the recipient is responsible and must conform to all laws and regulations of that country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The beneficiary of an international delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country/state/region. Additional fees for customs approval must be endured by the recipient; we have no power over these fees and cannot forecast what they might be. Customs policies differ extensively from country to country; you should get in touch with your local customs office for additional information prior to placing your order.
Your privacy is imperative to us, and we know that you have concern about how information about your order is handled and shared. We would like our international customers to be conscious that international shipments are subject to opening and examination by custom authorities. Also, we may possibly give certain order, shipment, and merchandise information to our international carriers, and such knowledge may be relayed by the carriers to customs authorities in order to assist customs clearance and abide by local laws.
Even if the order is a gift and marked on package as "Gift", the cost is still stated on the custom forms.
Returns & Replacements
The above terms also are relevant to all replacement merchandise that we may ship if there was a discrepancy with the original shipment. If you return merchandise to us, you will be the exporter from your country. The risk of loss is transferred to you until the return has reached our location.
APO & FPO Addresses
Please enter the "APO" or "FPO" in the city field. In the state field enter "AE" for Europe, Canada, Africa or the Middle East, "AA" for Americas and "AP" for Asia or the Pacific. The country field should always be the "United States". All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been processed and shipped. Some destinations may take up to 22 days.
How do you estimate the amount of the Shipping/Handling Fees?
We use the estimated weight and girth of the package. Also, customs regulations vary in different countries and regions concerning classifications of goods.
The shipping/handling fee will be emailed to the email address you provide once the order confirmation is received on our end.
Shipments are generally shipped via USPS International Priority or Express Mail
Method of payments accepted for international orders:
- Tracking numbers will be emailed after we ship all shipments.
- If customers specify other shipping carriers (Fed Ex, DHL, UPS, others), the quote is To Be Determined and sent via email once your order is received. Please use our customer comment box at the time of ordering to tell us any special requests you may have. If none are made then we will be quoting Prioty Mail International service for your approval on the shipping charge.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards, under the condition that we can obtain an International billing address verification. If we are not able to obtain an International billing address verification then we will not accept a credit card payment.
We accept Bank wire transfer payments. Upon set up for a bank wire transfer payment we will email our bank wire transfer information to you which is necessary to complete the transaction.
We accept PayPal payments. Upon set up for a PayPal payment we will email a PayPal invoice to you which is necessary to complete the transaction.
