We will match all current web or magazine ads through our mailorder department only. We must be able to verify the price of the part. Only published prices apply. No verbal matches. Upon verification of the price in question we will meet or beat the price in most situations. We reserve the right to refuse this offer in certain situations. Offer not valid on closeouts or discontinued items. Item must be of current stock. In order to qualify, claims must be made before purchase or within 5 working days after purchase.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling Charges: New for 2010! Free UPS Ground Freight** On all orders over $99.00, **Oversize/heavy items as determined by UPS policies will be excluded from offer. We will contact you if the order does not qualify. (All International locations, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and all PO Boxes Excluded)

Just another reason we are the #1 source for all your motorsports related needs. When shipping and handling charges do apply they are based on your order amount, box dimensions, and the total weight of your package(s). Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost.



We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge of your order, prior to processing or billing your order.

Shipment By UPS/USPS: All orders exceeding $200.00 will have delivery confirmation and must be signed for by someone in order for UPS/USPS to release the package. We ship via UPS Ground on a regular basis or US Postal Service Priority mail/Express mail. If you are ordering online and quicker shipping is needed please specify in the customer comment box at the time of checkout what service is needed and by whom UPS or USPS. You may also call 866-698-4123 for any UPS Next Day Air, 2nd day air, or 3 day services or USPS Express Mail. If done on-line we will e-mail you to confirm all upgraded services and price adjustments for approval prior to processing the order unless you indicate in the customer comment box that price is of no issue and you authorize us to upgrade the shipping with no further approval needed.

For all orders that require additional payment for shipping you will be called and emailed within 1-48 hours for your approval. So please be sure to provide an accurate email address and phone number(s).

Delivery Time: All orders will be processed within 1-48 hours. If you do not receive notification of any delays via e-mail or by phone then the standard delivery time is 2-10 business days within the continental United States, Please allow additional time for shipments to Puerto Rico, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and for all International orders.

We will e-mail you with your UPS tracking number (if you provide us with your email address) within 24 hours of your shipment.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible. All orders that qualify for free shipping will only receive one free shipment. We may make partial shipments in some cases. All requested partial shipments will require an additional fee to be charged.


Returns and Exchanges

General Returns: All items returned must be postmarked no later than 15 days from the original customer shipment date. No returns at all will be accepted after 15 days from date of customer receipt. We do not allow returns on discontinued products Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions, price tags, and original packing material. The original packaging can not have any writing on the box. Writing such as addressing the box to us will void your return capability in all cases. Do not address the package to us on the original package. If you are unsure then always put your item into another container to be delivered back to us. We do not allow OEM parts under $10.00 retail to be returned at any time. Unless we sell the part incorrectly. The manufacturer will not allow these items to be returned to them. Please do not send any OEM parts under $10.00 Retail back for credit. We will not issue credit for OEM parts under $10.00 Retail under any circumstances. Unless we sell the parts incorrectly. Customer pays all return shipping charges in most cases. Include a copy of your packing list and a brief description of what action is to be taken with all returns. New as of September 2009 There are NO returns accepted for any and all Polaris, Sea-Doo, or Can-Am clothing or hard parts. Unless we sell the parts incorrectly. If you are unsure if an item will be returnable or exchangeable please send an email prior to purchase and we will let you know.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in most cases. Upon crediting your account we will file your receipt, should you want your copy simply request for it and we will mail it to you. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling or e-mailing for approval and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee in most cases and a 20% re-stocking fee on all fiche-finder OEM parts. NO RETURN ON ELECTRICAL. Once an order is submitted it is an official order and a restock fee may apply upon cancellation. If we have not processed the order we will gladly cancel the order upon request. No returns at all will be accepted after 15 days from date of customer receipt.

Incorrect Item/Damaged Item Returns: If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged item then no extra charges will be incurred to you. However you must have damaged items reported to us by email (info@temeculamotorsports.com) within 24-48 hours of receipt or our ability to replace the item(s) may be limited due to the manufacturers policies. No returns at all will be accepted after 15 days from date of customer receipt for any reason. We will replace incorrect item's or damaged items and pay the additional shipping charge only if the above policy is followed. We will go to the fullest measure to ensure your satisfaction. We want the on-line experience with TemeculaMotorsports.com to be hassle free.

Incorrect Size: We realize that sizing is a concern with purchasing your riding gear and apparel online. Just buy your items from us and if they do not fit, return the item/s within 15 days and we will charge a minimum freight fee of only 8.95 to get the correct size out to you.

All returned item's paid by credit card will be credited within 5-10 business days of receipt date. If payment was made by money order a check will be cut within 1-2 weeks of receipt date.

Return Shipping Instructions: Please Pre-Authorize your return via e-mail info@temeculamotorsports.com before sending back. Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Send Att:JD Internet Returns Dept. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Do not bring returns to the walk in location. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. You must ship the item back to TemeculaMotorsports.com

Sales Tax

Sales tax 8.75% is charged on in state (California) orders as required by law. If you are out of (California) state, Great! You pay no sales tax!


Payment Methods

Orders accepted via, Phone just call 866-698-4123, postal money order, western union money order, bank wire transfer, or our secure online order form. Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted. Must provide billing address for the credit card being used and cvv code. Credit card purchases will always be address verified for your protection. If for some reason your billing information is not able to be verified then you will receive a call and/or email from a customer service rep. We will ask for the phone number for your card issuing bank. We will then attempt to verbally verify your billing information. If we can do this then we will process your order.


Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours of your order. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
